In this video, I'll show you how I prep my fried fish.
To pre:
- squeezed lemon juice on.
- buttermilk,
- you need 2eggs,
- seasoned fish that you've dried off,
The seasonings I used:
- Onion Powder,
- OldBay Lemon&Herb,
- Garlic Powder,
- Blk Pepper,
- Salt,
- Cayenne,
- LemonPepper.
ForFrying:
- I mixed 3 different fish fry seasoning and added 1/4 cup Cornstarch.
(NOTE) The Cornstarch caused a super crunchy crust, so if you don't like that kind of crust, just omit the Cornstarch.
