Ingredients:
- 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 large eggs
- HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES
- 1 small onion diced
- 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 c pork stocks
TOPPINGS:
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- fried fishball
- stir fry chicken liver/ gizzard 1/2 kg ( boiled for 30 mins.)
- fried kikiam
- drain / stir fry with 1 tbsp. liquid seasoning
- fried pork belly or chicharon
- hard boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
