HOW TO MAKE BATANGAS LOMI? LOMI (EGG NOODLE SOUP)

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 6 c pork stocks

TOPPINGS:

  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • fried fishball
  • stir fry chicken liver/ gizzard 1/2 kg ( boiled for 30 mins.)
  • fried kikiam
  • drain / stir fry with 1 tbsp. liquid seasoning
  • fried pork belly or chicharon
  • hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. sugar
