Hey my RitasEatas! I love the weather and time of year we're going into; time for soups and casseroles, and I LOVE IT!! In this video, I will show you how I make this easy version of chicken tortilla soup. It's easy, but the taste is just as big!! We love it over here, and I think you'll love it too. Enjoy?

Here's what you'll need; I'll show you what to do:

32oz Chicken Broth
1can black beans drained&rinsed
2can of corn drained
Tortilla strips (store bought or homemade with corn tortillas)
1large jalapeno diced
Sour cream
1med Onion diced
1bunch of cilantro
Diced or shredded chicken
1can Rotel type tomatoes
1can crushed tomatoes
Minced garlic
Avocado diced
