Recipe 1 (Quick Shikanji) - serves 2:
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black salt - 1/2 tsp
- Chilled water - 2 cups
- Lemon wedge and mint leaves to garnish
- Crushed Mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Lemon juice - 4tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Powder sugar - 4 tsp or to taste
Recipe 2 (Ginger Shikanji) serves 2:
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Crushed mint leaves
- Lemon wedge, ginger piece and mint leaves to garnish
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Powder sugar - 4 tsp or to taste
- Ice cubes
- Chilled water - 2 cups
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Juice of 1" long ginger - 2 tbsp
- Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Recipe 3 (Masala Shikanji) serves - 2:
- Chilled water - 2 cups
- Shikanji masala - 2 to 3 tsp
- Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
- Powder sugar - 4 tsp or to taste
- Crushed mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves and pinch of masala to garnish
