  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilled water - 2 cups
  • Lemon wedge and mint leaves to garnish
  • Crushed Mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon juice - 4tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Powder sugar - 4 tsp or to taste

Recipe 2 (Ginger Shikanji) serves 2:

  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Crushed mint leaves
  • Lemon wedge, ginger piece and mint leaves to garnish
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Powder sugar - 4 tsp or to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Chilled water - 2 cups
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Juice of 1" long ginger - 2 tbsp
  • Black salt - 1/2 tsp

Recipe 3 (Masala Shikanji) serves - 2:

  • Chilled water - 2 cups
  • Shikanji masala - 2 to 3 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
  • Powder sugar - 4 tsp or to taste
  • Crushed mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves and pinch of masala to garnish
