INGREDIENTS:

• Saffron / Kesar - few strands
• Cardamom - ¼ tsp, crushed
• Rose water - 1 tsp
• Ghee - 1 tsp
• Suji/Semolina - 1 Cup / 200 grm
• Sugar - 2 Cups
• Cooking oil - for deep fry
• Sugar - 2 tbsp
• Milk - 3 Cups
• Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
• Water - 2 Cups

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
