INGREDIENTS:
- Cashew, almond, peanut 2 tbsp
- Carrot 1 nos (150gm)
- Raisin 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
Roast for 2 mins
Grated carrot
Cook 10-12 mins until dry
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Milk 2 cup
- Milk powder 1/4 cup
Cook until boil
Boil for 7-10 mins medium low flame
Rice flour 1 tbsp + Milk 1 tbsp
Cook for 5 mins
Thick consistency (adjust the consistency as you like)
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
