TODAY'S RECIPE IS Milk Toffee Recipe | Sri Lankan Milk Dessert | Kiri Toffee Recipe | Condensed milk Toffee | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
7 inch pan
Brush butter
Place baking paper
Keep aside
- Water 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2/3 cup
- Condensed milk 1 tin (397gm)
Vanilla 1 tsp
- Cook on medium flame
- Bring it to a boil
- Low the flame
- Keep stirring
- Color changed
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Cook for 5 mins
- Cashew nut 1/4 cup
- Cook for 5-10 mins
- Thick consistency & light brown color
- Rest it for 1 hour in room temperature
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
