TODAY'S RECIPE IS Milk Toffee Recipe | Sri Lankan Milk Dessert | Kiri Toffee Recipe | Condensed milk Toffee | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

    7 inch pan

    Brush butter

    Place baking paper

    Keep aside

    • Water 1/2 cup
    • Sugar 2/3 cup
    • Condensed milk 1 tin (397gm)

    Vanilla 1 tsp

    1. Cook on medium flame
    2. Bring it to a boil
    3. Low the flame
    4. Keep stirring
    5. Color changed
    6. Butter 4 tbsp
    7. Cook for 5 mins
    8. Cashew nut 1/4 cup
    9. Cook for 5-10 mins
    10. Thick consistency & light brown color
    11. Rest it for 1 hour in room temperature

    NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
