I am introducing homemade KAJU BURFI/KATLI an Indian dessert.Youcan make it within 15 minutes. It is super easy and simple to make at home. Try it out.
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 TBSP ghee(clarified butter)
- 3 TBSP milk powder
- 5 TBSP water
- 1cup sugar(add more if you like more sweetness)
please remember to keep the flame on low, stir continuously. When you grind the nuts to a fine powder don't forget to start and stop multiple times. If we grind continuously, there is a chance for the oil to come out. To avoid that do on/off multiple times. Make it a fine powder to avoid any lumps.
