Semolina and Banana dessert

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 Serving spoonful of Clarified butter (desi ghee)
- 1/3rd tsp green cardamom powder
- Few strands of Saffron
- 1 Cup Semolina
- 3/4th Cup jaggery powder
- 2 Cups of milk
- 2 Cups of water
Method:
- In a pan, Melt ghee and roast Semolina till golden brown, stirring continuously. Meanwhile on other side, boil milk and water together and keep aside. When Semolina is almost done, add mashed bananas, jaggery powder, green cardamom powder and Saffron, mix well.
- Once Semolina is Roasted, add raisins, mix then add the milk banana mixture slowly, stirring continuously. Keep on stirring and cooking till the halwa is done. Garnish with a couple of strands of Saffron and serve hot.
