PEANUT BUTTER MUDDY BUDDIES

• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or substitute with milk chocolate
• 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter
• 8-9 cups (12.2 oz Box) Peanut Butter Chex Cereal

1. Add butter, chocolate chips, and peanut butter in a large microwavable bowl. Melt ingredients on high, uncovered, for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave about 15 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
2. Whisk in vanilla until smooth.
3. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
4. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
5. Pour powdered sugar over chocolate covered cereal. Seal bag; gently shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper lined cookie sheet(s). Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
