TODAY'S RECIPE IS Malai Jamun Recipe | Cream Jamun Sweet | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Suji/ semolina 1 tbsp
- Milk powder 1 cup
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Soften butter 1 tbsp
- Milk 1/3 cup
- Sticky dough
- Rest it for 15-20min
- Grease hands with ghee
- Slightly hot oil
- Fry until golden brown
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Cook until boil
- Cook it for 10 mins on medium flame
- Let it cool completely
- Milk 1 cup
- Bring it to a boil
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Cook until 1/4 cup
- Thick consistency
- Let it cool down
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
