TODAY'S RECIPE IS Lemon Delight | Lemon Jelly Dessert | No Bake Lemon Dessert Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Lemon peels

Bring it to a boil

Boil for 5-7 mins

Yellow food color

Keep aside

  • Corn flour 1/3 cup
  • Lemon emulation 1/4 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Mix well

Thick consistency

Add sugar syrup

Keep stirring

Cook for 10 mins

6 inch greased mould

Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours or until set

Coat with desiccated coconut

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
