Ingredients:

• 4 pcs egg whites
• 1/2 t cream of tartar
• 1/2 c water
• 2 c white sugar

note:(optional) at least 3 tbsp. confectioner sugar (1 tbsp. at a time until stiff enough to hold its shape)
