WHIPPED CREAM

  • 1 cup HEAVY Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (use more or less, if desired)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  1. Add heavy whipping cream and sugar in a large chilled bowl. Chill bowl in refrigerator for 15 minutes, or longer.
  2. Use a hand-mixer (or whisk) to beat whipping cream on medium-high speed for 3-4 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Be sure not to over beat, or whisk.
  3. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.

TIPS: Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 24 hours. Whisk 12-15 seconds before using!!
