Ginataang Mais with Sago is a traditional Filipino dessert made from sticky rice, coconut milk and corn. This is a creamy and delicious snack best enjoyed with coffee and can be served hot or cold. You can now make it on your own! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 5 cups water (or pangalawang piga)
- 2 cups malagkit (sticky rice)
- 2 cups pure coconut milk (purong piga)
- 1 can (425 grams) cream corn
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cooked sago (mini tapioca pearls)
