Easiest Indian Sweets Recipe: Milk Burfi or Doodh Burfi

Ingredients:

  • Sugar - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp (or to taste)
  • Full Fat Milk - 1.5 ltr

Instructions:

  1. In a heavy bottom, add milk.
  2. Boil it on medium to the low flame while stirring continuously.
  3. Keep stirring and boiling until the milk turns into solids.
  4. Add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes
  5. Transfer prepared burfi mix into a greased tray
  6. Even the top layer.
  7. Let it rest for 2 hours on the kitchen countertop.
  8. Cut burfi in the desired shape and enjoy!
