TODAY'S RECIPE IS Caramel Kheer Recipe | Caramel Payasam Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rice (pulao) 1/4 cup

Soak for 15 mins

Wash it well

Grind for few seconds

Half broken rice

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Raisins 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nut & almond 2 tbsp

Saute for 2 mins

Keep aside

  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Caramelised the sugar
  • Hot water 1/2 cup

Combine well

Keep aside & let it cool down

Milk 1 litre

Stir occasionally

Bring it to a boil

Soaked & half broken rice

Stir occasionally

Cook until reduce into half

Rice is completely cooked

Fried cashew & almond

Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Caramel syrup

Cook for 5-7 mins

Thick consistency

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
