BUTTERSCOTCH HAYSTACKS made the Old-Fashioned way with a Holiday twist!! Perfect for parties, gift giving, or anytime during the year!! These treats never disappoint!! Recipe below...

BUTTERSCOTCH HAYSTACKS:

  • Sprinkles, optional
  • 3-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 (5-ounce) cans Chow Mein Noodles
  • 3/4 cup creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 (11-ounce) bag Butterscotch Chips
  1. Melt butterscotch chips in a large microwave safe bowl for 45 seconds. Stir. Continue to microwave 15 seconds, at a time, until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter in with melted butterscotch chip. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add Chow Mein Noodles and marshmallows. Stir well until coated with melted butterscotch chips mixture.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto large cookie sheet. Add sprinkles at this time, if desired.
  5. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes until firm to touch.
  6. Store BUTTERSCOTCH HAYSTACKS in an airtight container up to 3 days.
