Beatroot halwa is very simple yet delicious recipe
Ingredients:
- Rock sugar (powdered) 1 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tbs
- Beatroot(grated) 3 med sized
- Dryfruits of choice
- Milk 2.5 cups
- Ghee 2 tbs
Procedure:
- Heat ghee and add grated beatroot to it
- Saute for 2 minutes and the add milk into it
- Cook till all milk is absorbed by beatroot
- Then add rock sugar (powdered) and let it melt
- Add cardamom powder and dryfruits of choice
