4th of July edible "MARSHMALLOW SPARKLERS" - How to make easy MARSHMALLOW SPARKLERS

Create a little edible magic during this 4th of July celebration!!! Adults and children of all ages love these yummy MARSHMALLOW SPARKLERS, drizzled with white chocolate, red, white and blue sprinklers then topped with cherry peel & pull twizzler candy, on a skewer. MARSHMALLOW SPARKLERS:

  • 7 skewers
  • Nerds candy, water watermelon flavored (or just red & blue nerds)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate (4 ounces) melted
  • 35 marshmallows, regular size
  • 7 - 2" strips of cherry favored Twizzler, peel & pull, candy
  • Sprinkles, red, white & blue
  1. Add 3 marshmallows onto each skewer showing 1/4" of skewer's sharp point.
  2. Melt chocolate in microware, stirring every 15 seconds or melt over double boiler.
  3. To insure marshmallows from sliding down skewers...add a small amount of chocolate to bottom or marshmallow...making sure chocolate is touching skewer. Place skewers upside down in a glass/cup until chocolate is solid.
  4. With a fork swirl chocolate, back & forth, over marshmallow. Add sprinklers and/or nerds candy to chocolate swirled marshmallow. Place bottom end off skewer in a heavy tall glass until chocolate is solid.
  5. Pull each twizzler section. about 3/4 down, leave 1/4 inch unpulled on one end. Add the 1/4 unpulled end of twizzler to the top of the skewer's sharp point. Twizzler and marshmallow will be touching.
