~Almond Lychee Jelly~
Almond flavor infused milk jelly, lychee flavored jelly and lychee with light syrup topped with almond slices
Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk (you can use almond milk, fresh milk or milk of your choice)
- 1/4 tsp almond flavor
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Almond slices for toppings (optional)
- 1 can (565g) lychee, syrup included
Procedure:
- Dissolve sugar and lychee gulaman in water and bring to a boil. Transfer into a rectangular mold and cool until set. Cut into cubes and set aside
- Dissolve sugar and white unflavored gulaman in water and milk mixture and bring to a low boil. Turn off heat and add almond flavor. Transfer into a rectangular mold and cool until set. Cut into cubes and set aside
- Combine prepared gulaman cubes in a bowl. Add canned lychee together with the syrup. Mix well and chill
- Serve with almond slices on top (optional)
