This is one of the best tasting lasagnas i have ever made and it will be sure to become one of your favourites to. Let me show you how to make it.
Ingredients:
- 700 g lean beef mince
- 100 g tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 x 400 g cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1⁄2-1 onion, chopped
Cheesy sauce:
- 60 g butter
- 3 cups milk
- 1⁄4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded tasty cheese
- 1⁄3 cup plain flour
