Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups of self raising flour
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of oil
  • 2 Eggs

Glaze:

  • Red food colouring for added colour
  • 1 Cup of sifted icing sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of strawberry extract
