SPAM/HOW TO COOK HOMEMADE SPAM? (LEGIT RECIPE)

HOMEMADE SPAM

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 ½tsp. Pink Salt (curing salt)
• 4 tbsp. White Sugar
• ¾ c Cornstarch
• 1 tsp. White Pepper
• 2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
• 1 tbsp. Rock Salt
• 1 c Ice Cold Water
• 2 KG Ground Pork

note: To achieve my Homemade Spam use proper equipment and utensil....(food processor/measuring cup/measuring spoon/)

Pinksalt content: you can less it according on what you prefer..
