MOCHA GULAMAN:
- ½ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 1 pack (25g) white gulaman, unflavored
- 4 cups water
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk
- 1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream
- 1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
- 2 cups cooked tapioca pearls
- ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ½ cup warm water
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder
*You can double the amount of mocha gulaman and add more tapioca pearls for the milk and cream mixture to make more servings
