How To Make CHOCO SAGO JELLY

~Choco Jelly Recipe~

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pack (25g) white unflavored Mr. Hat Gulaman
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder dissolved in ¼ cup warm water
  • 2 cups cooked sago pearls
  • 1 cup (250mL) all purpose cream
  • 1 can (300mL) condensed milk
  • 2 cans of 370mL evaporated milk

Procedure:

  1. Combine water, sugar, cocoa powder and white unflavored Mr. Hat Gulaman
  2. Mix well until dissolved and bring to a low boil. Transfer into mold and cool completely until set. Cut into cubes and set aside
  3. In a separate bowl, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk and all purpose cream. Add cocoa powder dissolved in warm water. Mix well to combine
  4. Add prepared choco jelly cubes and cooked sago pearls
  5. Mix well and serve chilled
