How To Make CHOCO SAGO JELLY

~Choco Jelly Recipe~
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 pack (25g) white unflavored Mr. Hat Gulaman
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder dissolved in ¼ cup warm water
- 2 cups cooked sago pearls
- 1 cup (250mL) all purpose cream
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk
- 2 cans of 370mL evaporated milk
Procedure:
- Combine water, sugar, cocoa powder and white unflavored Mr. Hat Gulaman
- Mix well until dissolved and bring to a low boil. Transfer into mold and cool completely until set. Cut into cubes and set aside
- In a separate bowl, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk and all purpose cream. Add cocoa powder dissolved in warm water. Mix well to combine
- Add prepared choco jelly cubes and cooked sago pearls
- Mix well and serve chilled
