Ingredients

  • 150 g soft Butter
  • 175 g Raw sugar (alt. Household sugar)
  • Shell of 2 Organic Lemons
  • 1 whole Egg and 1 egg yolk
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 TSP baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Of Salt

For the glaze (optional):

  • 80 g icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 TBSP lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
