A little tip for Easter, which makes children's eyes shine
Easter is coming. With children, these holidays are even more fun. The excitement and curiosity are so cute.
If you have children who still believe in the Easter Bunny, then I have a great tip for you:
I always hide a few Easter eggs a few days before Easter, so that my children find a chocolate egg every day. My little man is currently looking through his shoes every day in the morning to see if the Easter Bunny has not laid an egg in it. 🙂
Little effort, great joy. 🐣
Super fast crackers
Today I will show you a nice recipe, which you can prepare well together with your children. Children are very enthusiastic biscuit cookie cutters.
If you do not feel like punching out shapes, then simply cut the dough into four or triangles with a knife or pizza roller.
You can then leave the crackers pure or sprinkle with spices, herbs or cheese before baking – all to taste.
These fast crackers can be prepared well and stored in a tin can and hold there for at least 2 weeks. However, they are freshly baked at the crunchiest.
The spring quark – a family classic
The recipe for spring quark is my standard quark recipe when we have potatoes and quark (one of our favorite dishes).
The quark is stirred with milk until it gets a creamy consistency. Then the quark is seasoned with salt, pepper, linseed oil and a little sugar.
Due to the beautiful weather, the first herbs have already come to life in my herb crate. With these herbs (chives and lovage), I immediately refined the quark.
