Now in the summer is the time of garden parties. To celebrate, there is always something – be it a birthday, the conclusion of the graduation, wedding – or as is the case with us last weekend – the beginning of School.

Incredible that the little man is sitting in this Moment in the school, and his first teaching hours. Where’s the time please?

I know, in Germany, the celebrations for the beginning of School in very different ways. For us, the beginning of school is always celebrated big. I can tell you shortly how it was with us.

Saturday morning there was a school entrance ceremony by the school for the new children solemnly welcomed, there was a sugar bag, and then the new class rooms could be visited. In the afternoon, we welcomed in the family the new life of the little man.

Because he connects so far, only positive with the school, he marched off this Morning with shining eyes. I’m excited to see what he has to report tonight.

For these stuffed pizza rolls you prepare First with the yeast in a pizza dough. The dough has risen nicely, portioned the dough, rolling out of her and fills it with Mozzarella and Parma ham. Of course, you can be at the filling quite creative. How about, for example:

  • Tomato or Basil pesto
  • Gouda and ham
  • Mushrooms
  • or grilled peppers and Parmesan cheese

You for more delicious combinations, a fall is determined. Super it is also, if the pizza rolls are differently filled. You will not be bored.:)

After you’ve shaped the pizza rolls and bake in the oven, prepare the fixed tomato Dip. And fix really fix. I have seasoned Tomato pulp with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. For those who like to add a few Italian herbs, and the Sauce is ready.
