It all starts with a solid tomato sauce base. Onion and garlic are tossed in olive oil for a few minutes for extra flavor. Then add a tin of chopped tomatoes, a little tomato paste and cream cheese and the sauce is allowed to simmer to a perfectly velvety consistency. Calories per serving: 801kcal
300 G pasta
1 clove of garlic
2-3 Handful of baby spinach
1 EL olive oil
1 Can of chopped tomatoes 400 g
2 EL tomato paste
2 EL cream cheese
Salt, pepper, sugar
Parmesan to taste
Cook noodles according to package instructions al dente.
In the meantime peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Wash spinach and spin dry.
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Cook the garlic and onion over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and cream cheese and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
Add baby spinach and let it collapse briefly, then serve with the noodles and Parmesan to taste.
