1 kg potatoes
500 G green asparagus
2 Eel sesame
4 Tablespoons olive oil
200 G feta
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and cover a tray with baking paper.
Wash potatoes, peel as needed and dice small. Wash asparagus and remove woody ends. Mix the sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, potatoes and salt on one side of the baking sheet. On the other side mix asparagus with olive oil and salt. Crumble feta on top and bake for about 40 minutes until crispy.
