Pasta was always, or? When I ask my little mouse, on what she has appetite, she says always “Nuuuudeln” (with a long “U”).

Also, I’m a big Pastafan. The great thing about Pasta is that there are so many recipes. There are more elaborate variants such as lasagna or Bolognese, which is a little longer in the kitchen. The effort is worth it.

But also on the Quick, there are a variety of ways. Since you do not need to always resort to pasta with Ketchup.

I love quick recipes. Therefore, I have brought you today a very delicious recipe, what you might know as yet – Walnuss-lemon Spaghetti.

For this recipe your Spaghetti is cooking according to package instructions. Meanwhile, the walnuts are roasted, the garlic chopped and the parsley hooked. In a large frying pan, the garlic is sautéed briefly. The soft Spaghetti and the parsley and the walnuts added. Seasoned the Pasta with salt and pepper and your dish is ready. Quick and easy.

The lemon-walnut-Spaghetti are even vegan if your egg-free pasta is used.

Vegan Walnut-Lemon Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 180 g Spaghetti
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 75 g walnut break (alt. Walnuts, coarsely chopped)
  • 1 Bunch Of Parsley
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. To prepare the Spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, roast the walnuts in a large skillet until Golden brown. Set aside the walnuts.
  3. Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Heated 3 TABLESPOONS of olive oil in the pan and sautéed the garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  5. The parsley and lemon wash.
  6. Dry the parsley and chop them into pieces.
  7. RUB the zest of half a lemon and squeezed the lemon juice of half a lemon.
  8. When the Spaghetti is soft, drain it. The pasta is stirred, then the garlic in the large pan, add the nuts, lemon juice and Zeste. Spice the Spaghetti with salt and pepper.
