Quick Tomato Goat Cheese Puff Tart

In the summer I always have little desire to spend much time in the kitchen. In autumn and winter, when it is uncomfortable outside, then rather the opposite is the case. But the summer wants to be enjoyed. Admittedly, I'm happy when the big heat wave is over. I have enough temperatures up to 25 degrees in the summer completely. Everything that goes over it, is already exhausting.

Hopefully we survived the heatwave, so we can fire the stove again. That's why I brought you this crunchy puff pastry tart with tomatoes and goat cheese today. This is suitable as a dinner or when a short visit announces.

Puff pastry is one of the few Convienice products I like to use. I like the variety of the dough – whether sweet or savory, topped, turned or stuffed – the possibilities are endless. Those of you who pay close attention to the ingredients of the food, fortunately, can also resort to puff pastry in organic quality.

The preparation is very fast. Roll out the puff pastry (or thaw it if you use frosted puff pastry). Spread the dough with sour cream, add the tomatoes, oregano and goat's cheese to the tart. Now the tart is baked for 10 minutes. Then you bring the tart from the oven briefly, drizzled with honey and then pushes them again for 10 minutes in the oven.

The tart tastes best still warm, directly from the oven. But it can also be heated well in the oven (not in the microwave!) The next day.
