Ingredients

  • 250 g spelt flour (alt. Wheat flour) + extra for Rolling
  • 1 TSP sugar
  • 1/2 TSP salt
  • 1 TSP baking powder
  • 75 g of natural yoghurt
  • 125 ml of milk
  • 75 g favorite cheese
  • 3 Sprigs Of Parsley

Preparation

  1. Give all the ingredients in a bowl and verknete you to a dough.
  2. Floured work surface and divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll out the pieces into flat cakes.
  3. RUB the cheese with a coarse Grater.
  4. Wash the parsley and dry them. The parsley chop.
  5. A nonstick pan is heated dry. When the pan is hot, put into a bread Pan and let it for about 2 minutes. Turn the bread with a kitchen tongs, and sprinkled the baked side with cheese.
