This recipe is incredibly easy. Onions and Knobi sweat for 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, cream, stock and spices to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Finally, cook the tortellini in the sauce and soak up all the flavor. Fresh basil to it and Bidde Thank you Ciao, fancy dinner ready.
Okay, I'll tell you something: Actually, the One Pot Tortellini were planned as a soup. But then I let them simmer a little bit longer (upsi) and from this is this wonderfully creamy, tomato One Pot Wonder has become. How good that we find velvety Soulfood anyway a whole shovel better.

One pot tortellini with tomato and cream sauce
2 Garlic cloves
1 EL olive oil
1 can chopped tomatoes 400 g
400 ml sieved tomatos
200 ml cream
200 ml vegetable stock
2 TL oregano
2 TL Italian herbs
500 G tortellini
salt and pepper
Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry both in medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, cream, vegetable stock and spices and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add tortellini and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper and enjoy with fresh basil.
