TODAY'S RECIPE IS Strawberry Banana Muffins | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

• Vinegar 1 tsp
• Milk 1/3 cup

Mix well & keep aside

• One banana

Mashed well

• Vanilla 1 tsp
• Oil 1/3 cup
• Sugar 1/2 cup

1. Mix well
2. All purpose flour 1 cup
3. Baking powder 1 tsp
4. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
5. Add milk
6. Chopped strawberry 1/2 cup
7. Strawberry on top
8. Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
9. After 5 min place the tray
10. Cook in on medium low flame for 20-30 mins
11. Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20-30 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
