Ingredients

Granola:

  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 3 heaped TBSP oatmeal
  • 2 TABLESPOONS chopped nuts, such as cashews, almonds or hazelnuts
  • 1 EL sunflower seeds
  • 1 TSP honey

Vanilla Yogurt:

  • 250 g Greek yoghurt (natural yoghurt, Quark)
  • 1 TSP maple syrup
  • 1 Msp. Vanilla powder
  • 1 Handful of berries, e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or other fruit

Preparation

For the 5-minute granola:

  1. In a small saucepan you melt the Butter. Add then the oats, nuts and sunflower seeds.
  2. On medium heat you fry all Golden brown, and stir. This takes about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now take the oatmeal-nut mixture from the stove and mix in the honey. The cereal to the side and let it cool down.

For the vanilla yogurt:

  1. Stirred the yogurt with the maple syrup and the vanilla powder.
  2. Wash the berries.
  3. Fill the yogurt in a bowl, just spread the berries and the granola on top.
