Delicious food. Susanne and I are on the same topic second street food in the Dresdner Markthalle met. I photographed her and her son and did not suspect that she is also a blogger. Only when I researched the market for one of my blog posts, I came across My little food blog, she wrote on Facebook and so came one to another.

At the blogger meeting #BLOST, to which Susanne first made me aware, we had the opportunity to talk more extensively in Real Life. So this collaboration – my first guest contribution – was created.

For you I have combined two recipes: pizza and cheese fondue. Too often, I did not know what I should actually dipping in the cheese, especially since I'm pretty picky about bread. So I wanted to bake the dough for dipping and adjust the filling to my wishes.

ingredients

  • Ingredients for the pizza dough:
  • 500 g of flour
  • 250 ml of lukewarm water 20 g of yeast
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 ml of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Ingredients for the filling:
  • 2 Tomato paste
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Slices of cooked ham spices, e.g. oregano
  • Ingredients for the cheese fondue:
  • Camembert (preferably in a wooden box) olive oil
  • Spices, e.g. rosy-pepper paprika

preparation

  1. In lukewarm water, the yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar are dissolved. Now, the flour – best shaken through a sieve – added to it and mixed into a homogeneous mass and kneaded. The resulting dough is left to rest in a warm place for half an hour, covered with a kitchen towel.
  2. Meanwhile, you can prepare in peace the ingredients that you want to wrap in the dough. I have e.g. Leftovers of cooked ham cut into strips.
  3. After the dough has enjoyed its warmth and tranquility, it can be rolled out into a circle and placed on a baking tray and you can ever pre-heat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. In the middle of the dough you put the Camembert together with the wooden box. Metal clips can stay in it, only any plastic packaging needs to be removed.
  4. Tip: If you are using a finished dough, which is usually sold in a square shape, you can cut a circle out of the mold with a large plate, a serving dish or another “template” using a knife or a pair of scissors. You can roll the dough pieces into pizza rolls and simply bake them.
  5. Now you cut the dough circle from the cheese radially outwards until a kind of sun arises. These “sunbeams” can be covered with everything your heart desires. I've mixed a sauce from tomato paste, chopped onion and herbs and spread out ham slices. Then each of the rays is slightly twisted. On top of that, as well as the cheese, I sprinkled some olive oil and sprinkled oregano.
  6. Off in the oven with it! Prepare everything else for your evening, as the cheese does not stay hot and liquid for a long time, depending on the variety. But most of the time he does not have to, because he is too much auffuttert anyway.
  7. After 5 minutes on a medium track, you bring the plate out again shortly to cut in the camembert and fold the corners like a star to the outside.
  8. After another 5 minutes, or as soon as dough and cheese get a nice tan, you can serve and enjoy.
