I bet you know that. Healthy snacks are often pretty unsatisfactory. Vegetable sticks for example. Tasty and crispy, but do not fill up Gürkchen and carrot strips. The same game with rice waffles, dried fruit and Co. Ok, but technically defensive expandable.

And now it comes: I bring you today the delicious, healthy and filling snack par excellence. I would say #lifegoalscompleted.

So friends, hello says to the phenomenally delicious No bake Chocolate Peanut Energy Bites from 7 ingredients. I know that will be the beginning of a wonderful friendship.

Ok, let's talk a few words about the Energy Bites.

What do you say about soft dough (the perfect basis for energy bites, muesli bars and more) that blend with cocoa powder, cinnamon and a little vanilla sugar to make an irresistible chocolate dough? For that we treat the small powerhouse peanuts. Honestly. The combination of chocolate and deliciously-nutty peanuts is simply HEAVENLY! On top of that, we allow the Powersnack a few chia seeds for the superfood push. Finished.

And ooooh, this taste! Chocolate, perfectly peanut buttery, not too sweet, and yet just right to satisfy the little candy jug in between.

Bonus: Two, three Energy Bites make you so full that you can easily stand it up to the next meal.

I'm not saying that the No Bake Chocolate Peanut Energy Bites are prepared faster than you throw a snack in the grocery cart.

But first, you know exactly what's inside the Energy Bites. And only good ingredients that make you full and happy for a long time.

Second, the small powerhouses are practical. And properly. For the fast balls you need only a handful of ingredients and a food processor. Because I am always asked which kitchen machine I can recommend: I use this Food processor * and I am very satisfied with that. The machine creates nuts and co. Without any problems, is not too loud and takes up little space, perfect. But back to the Energy Bites: The balls can also be taken perfectly and kept in the refrigerator airtight at least a week.

Third argument for the homemade chocolate peanut Energy Bites: They are much cheaper than purchased alternatives from the supermarket. Even if you buy all the ingredients in organic quality, the own Energy Bites are much cheaper. And a thousand times more delicious anyway. Manslaughter argument, over and out.

I hope you love this quick snack!

The Energy Bites stay well closed for about a week in the fridge. They also taste great with other nuts.
