And ooooh, this taste! Chocolate, perfectly peanut buttery, not too sweet, and yet just right to satisfy the little candy jug in between.

Fast No Bake Chocolate Peanut Energy Bites
The No Bake Chocolate Peanut Energy Bites are made fast and are the perfect snack in between. Chocolate and peanut is always ALWAYS!
Calories per serving: 137kcal
200 G pitted soft dates
70 G salted peanuts
70 G Sunflower seeds
30 G cocoa powder
1 TL vanilla sugar
1 TL cinnamon
2 EL Chia seeds
Place dates, peanuts, sunflower seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a food processor. Mix for about four minutes until the mass is slightly sticky and forms a ball.
Mix in the chia seeds and mix again briefly.
From the mass form spheres about the size of eurostucks. Enjoy.
The Energy Bites stay well closed for about a week in the fridge. They also taste great with other nuts.
