Our favorite ice cream this spring – super creamy yogurt ice cream with only 4 ingredients and no refined sugar. Stir in 5 minutes, then freeze and enjoy! So delicious.
Finally, the temperatures have made it to the 20-degree mark. The ice season is officially opened! We honestly ignored the temperatures of this spring and started feasting. 😀
My little man and I are big ice fans. The little mouse seems to come after us too. Maik thinks he only likes soft ice cream, but I really do not believe him anymore because he always licks ice cream with us. 😉
My favorite ice cream is yoghurt ice cream in all sorts of variations and forms. Now it was time for me to find a new delicious ice cream recipe. I looked at many recipes and put together one thing, which was correct for me.
I like, for example no recipes in which raw eggs are processed – due to Salmonella poisoning as a child. I do not have to have that pleasure anymore. Since then I avoid everything with raw eggs. Also, the recipe should be light and, if possible, with no refined sugar.
My first try was a success and since then this creamy yoghurt ice cream has been around a lot.
Now it's high time to share this delicious recipe with you. It is wonderfully creamy and delicious.
I'm always on the lookout for recipes that taste delicious, but mean little effort. Have been working on this recipe for a maximum of 5 minutes. You simply stir all the ingredients, fill them in ice-creams and then the ice ends up in the freezer for 4 hours. Finished!
If you pay attention to calories in your diet, then of course you can omit the cream as well. In Greek yogurt is known to contain a high fat content. The extra slobber cream makes the ice so wonderfully creamy and special. Try it!

Mix all ingredients, fill in ice-cream and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
