For the chocolate pudding you only need almond milk or some other milk of your choice, chia seeds, cocoa powder, a few spoonfuls of honey, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. The ingredients mix well in a closable box. It's best to walk in the fridge overnight, or at least five hours.
To give the pudding an extra kick, you can let off steam at the toppings. How about fresh fruit, nuts or coconut?

Simple chia chocolate pudding
Calories per serving: 344kcal
360 ml Almond milk or milk of your choice
70 G Chia seeds
35 G unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 EL Liquid honey
1.2 TL cinnamon
1 prize proper salt
Mix all ingredients well in a closable bowl. Overnight, at least for five hours, in the refrigerator. Serve with toppings of your choice.
The consistency of chia seeds may not like, can puree the pudding after going through. This gives it a smooth, even creamier consistency.
