You really should not miss the combination of spicy chai latte and sweet pieces of chocolate cuddled in the dough.

I made the dough after a slightly modified version of Cynthia Barcomi. With this basic recipe you can easily conjure incredibly fluffy muffins. The secret is that you never mix the dough with the hand mixer, but nice oldschool takes the whisk and does not stir too long. Because of long stirring, the muffins lose their juiciness and nobody wants that, right?

instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. For the dough, melt the butter and stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar with a whisk. Add eggs and milk. Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the chocolate, in a second bowl, then add to the liquid ingredients. Stir everything, but only until the solid and liquid ingredients have just mixed.

  2. Carefully lift the chocolate drops under the dough. Grease the muffin sheet with butter or with little molds and fill in the dough. Bake the muffins for about 18 minutes.

  3. If you like, you can still steam the muffins with cinnamon sugar, but melt 1 tbsp butter and mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Butter the warm muffins and turn in the cinnamon sugar, ready
