Chai latte muffins with white chocolate
Do you still remember my guest post at the beloved Manu of something sweet * something fabulous? There I was wonderful a few weeks ago Chai latte muffins with white chocolate magic.

For the sake of completeness, there is the recipe today once again here for you to find, because

You really should not miss the combination of spicy chai latte and sweet pieces of chocolate cuddled in the dough.

I made the dough after a slightly modified version of Cynthia Barcomi. With this basic recipe you can easily conjure incredibly fluffy muffins. The secret is that you never mix the dough with the hand mixer, but nice oldschool takes the whisk and does not stir too long. Because of long stirring, the muffins lose their juiciness and nobody wants that, right?
