ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 25 grated Parmesan
  • grated peel of 1/2 organic lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 250 g pasta

preparation

  1. Cook the water for the pasta, lightly salt and then cook the pasta after the package leaflet.
  2. In a pan melt the butter until it foams slightly. Then take about 125 ml of the pasta water and add to the butter. Simmer the sauce together until it is a little boiled down and gets a sauce character. That takes about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the lemon zest and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. After the pasta is cooked, drain and add the sauce to the noodles.
