INGREDIENTS:

• One orange

Collect orange zest

Squeeze

• Water 1/2 cup
• Cook until boil
• Sugar 1/2 cup

Boil for 5 mins

Thick consistency

Low the flame

• Blue color
• Orange juice
• Orange zest

Cook for 2 mins

Let it cool down

Lime 2 tbsp

Mint

Muddle

• Blue curaçao syrup 1 & 1/2 tbsp
• Ice cube

Any white cold drinks

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
